It would be nice if some kind of route planner could be printed, we regularly have customers who ask this, so really the directions for maps or something

Add a new status (e.g. “Closed” / “Inactive”) that allows an itinerary to be deactivated without being labeled as canceled. So it remains accessible in a limited view for clients (e.g. only the first page of the itinerary is visible, without the ability to continue further) and correctly stored for historical reference and filtering.

A seperate chapter where we can add all practical but important information such as travel documents, visa, health requirements, money... which travellers can consult before the trip (offer phase) and afterwards.

Having a trip url using lato brand makes us look unprofessional. Masking the domain to company-name.com or 100% white label for b2b sales (like itinerary-for-trip) would make a huge impact. Other similar software allow this. Another cool feature would be to have an option to embedded itineraries in our website or even create full lists of categorized itineraries (honeymoon, family, culture, etc) and embedded those lists on our website.

It would be nice to have a label for trips that were ‘completed’ so that you could locate completed trips that you want to check or do the same itinerary again.

In addition to uploading documents, it would be useful to be able to add useful travel information (which is not under the “included/excluded” or “price info” tab). A separate tab where we can display practical information such as visa requirements, recommended vaccinations, clothing regulations, additional tips or travel advice, currency, power network, etc., that can also be clearly printed in the printable version. In addition, a separate tab with “contact” where, for example, you can add an emergency contact (or additional information from local organizations/DMC..) so that travelers also immediately see an emergency number that they can call without losing anything in the bigger picture.

Most travellers rely on their phones to store and access all travel documents. While Lato already acts as a digital travel app in concept, it’s currently perceived as “just a web app” by many end customers. Because of this, travellers often fall back to printing documents, which hurts both usability and sustainability. A true app-like experience would make a big difference: Installable on the home screen (like a native app) Offline access to trips and documents Login to easily retrieve previously visited trips Faster, more native-feeling interactions This would significantly improve adoption by travellers, reduce the need for printed documents, and align better with Lato’s mission of modern, digital travel experiences.

We have many trips, in different countries, that we continuously create. We are currently unable to organize and categorize these trips properly. It would be nice if you could create categories for trips so that you can place them in a folder for a 'country' or specific theme such as 'walking tours'.

Hi Lato Team, I have an idea. Is it possible to add an extra text field to the flights that can include, for example, the class, the type of seat and how much luggage is included? That would be great!

With “confirm trip”, it would be very useful if customers immediately fill in their address details for the invoice. There could therefore be a piece with payment details (deposit, how much, etc.) so that we do not have to send a separate booking form.
