Feature Requests

Originally, i believe there was a Setting option where we could choose if price was shown 'quote only', or 'if approved'. It's now changed to 'show price if quote or approved'. We would prefer the option to show price at Quote only. And then the price can be hidden when appproved.

The hotel descriptions make no sense and have to be deleted completely and re-written. Also, the crazy number of photos (20-30 including images of toilets, multiple beds, conference rooms, etc means we have to sift through and delete most so it looks appealing. Ultimately, we can't use this feature at all, as we spend more time editing it. Would love a better Hotel Description tool (or incorporation with Expedia TAAP).

Add a new status (e.g. “Closed” / “Inactive”) that allows an itinerary to be deactivated without being labeled as canceled. So it remains accessible in a limited view for clients (e.g. only the first page of the itinerary is visible, without the ability to continue further) and correctly stored for historical reference and filtering.

Possibility to create personalized form in order to collect information about client after confirmation and share short link after confirmation Healt & Diet Information Form Passport Info Form Emergency contact info Etc.

Add an option to restrict travellers and professionals from downloading photos or videos shared via a Lato trip link. Currently, right-clicking allows media to be saved or reused. With this setting enabled, images and videos would be view-only, without a download option. Goal: Protect copyrighted or licensed media and ensure compliance with usage rights.

With “confirm trip”, it would be very useful if customers immediately fill in their address details for the invoice. There could therefore be a piece with payment details (deposit, how much, etc.) so that we do not have to send a separate booking form.

It would be nice if some kind of route planner could be printed, we regularly have customers who ask this, so really the directions for maps or something

A seperate chapter where we can add all practical but important information such as travel documents, visa, health requirements, money... which travellers can consult before the trip (offer phase) and afterwards.

Having a trip url using lato brand makes us look unprofessional. Masking the domain to company-name.com or 100% white label for b2b sales (like itinerary-for-trip) would make a huge impact. Other similar software allow this. Another cool feature would be to have an option to embedded itineraries in our website or even create full lists of categorized itineraries (honeymoon, family, culture, etc) and embedded those lists on our website.
