Add an option to restrict travellers and professionals from downloading photos or videos shared via a Lato trip link. Currently, right-clicking allows media to be saved or reused. With this setting enabled, images and videos would be view-only, without a download option. Goal: Protect copyrighted or licensed media and ensure compliance with usage rights.

Allow users to adjust the structure and layout of the exported PDF beyond colors, logo, and font. Keep day sections (text, hotel info, and photos) together on one page Goal: Improve readability and visual consistency of exported travel documents.

We would love to be able to customize and personalize default elements per trip. For example the price tab or certain icons used for the tabs and elements. It would be amazing to be able to hide certain pages from the users of the app. For example if we don't fill in the Price tab page, you still see the page in the application. Also if we would not add flights to the trip, the icon for transportation would still be an airplane. It would be very helpfull if we could choose to change the icons, and default pages/elements.

At the moment when you add a hotel in the day to day program, you have to add the name of the hotel and then check availability for that specific hotel. Would be easier if this worked like in the 'booking tab', so you would only see the available hotels for those dates' and you don't have to go through the extra availability checks per hotel.

I find it a bit disturbing that every activity and transportation element (except flights) mentions the day/date. It seems repetitive and excessive in a day program that has a whole list of activities on the same day. I understand that in the creation of the element, it may need to be filled out in order to keep elements linked to the right date, but would it be possible to choose whether we like to have it visual in the programs or not?

When writing descriptions for an activity or hotel element, I often include text that should only be visible once a trip is booked. It would be helpful to have an additional “Notes” tab within the element where I can store this information.

Momenteel moet je per user je eigen default documents doorgeven. Dit zou veel handiger zijn mocht dit per brand gaan. Dan hoef je een nieuw document maar 1x in te laden en niet per user.

Mogelijkheid om naast dagen en trips, ook bouwstenen op te slaan die meerdere dagen bundelen.

We focus on using custom branded tools and crafting a brand. So, would be great being able to use our own domain for the links, but also for the emails sent through the tool.
