Seems usefull! Will this also be an option for grouptravel? Because for now, I for example work with groups and give prices per person for multiple type of rooms (price per person in double room, single room, triple, ...). But in a calculation, we have prices for the whole group for guides, busses that we need to divide over the participants, but also individual entry tickets, flights, hotel nights, ... Had a look at the screenshot that was posted and was thinking of this! Will we also be able to make different packages in the tool (for example: package with hotel 1 and package with hotel 2) or an option where we can select what we want in the package? Because sometimes we put things as a supplement. Just brainstorming :)

If there is not the option of adding the cost of every accommodation or activity and then a calculation of the totals, then I cannot use it. We need to send quotations to our clients.

Yes, this option is available! You can add your price, margin, and flat fee, with standard settings for convenience. The calculation sheet is also editable. More details on the tool will be shared closer to launch.

Sebastian Höing: Yes definitely, we are currently working hard on a first basic version of our pricing calculation tool (see screenshot). This version will go into testing very soon.

Wout Kl Fantastic news! Jut because I am curious: Can you also mark inside a trip services and accommodations as paid to see, what I do have to pay to my providers and when?
Example: Santiago City Tour with German Guide, payment of 100% 15 days before tour. This would be so helpful to manage all payment inside one tool, kind of CRM.

Sebastian Höing: We will start with a basic version and gradually roll out more advanced features over time. It’s hard to say exactly what will be included in future updates, but I can almost certainly say that at some point, we will add a status next to each individual price to indicate whether a service has been booked or not.
