Hotels, activities and transport can now have separate descriptions for the proposal and the final booked version.
This makes it easy to keep your original proposal text while updating travellers with the final details after booking. You can also compare both versions when something changes.

Finding the right hotel is now more visual. Browse RateHawk/Bedbanks hotels directly on a map with price markers, while keeping the hotel list, filters and favourites alongside it.
Hovering over a hotel connects the list and map, making it easier to compare locations and prices.

You can now choose whether a default document applies to your whole team or only to your own user.
This makes it easier to manage company-wide documents while still allowing individual users to maintain their own default documents.

Transport bookings can now include digital vouchers. Configure them per document and let travellers access the right booking information more easily.
Vouchers can also be downloaded from the bookings and documents areas, including bulk download where available.

Make your travel app more visual with new options for trip and day covers.
Day covers can now include multiple images as a slideshow or MP4 background videos, including looping video with improved autoplay support.
You can also choose which day's image should be used as the main trip cover directly from the board.

We've added a new Inquiry status for trips, giving you a clear stage for new enquiries before they become quotes.
You can also choose whether newly created trips should start as Inquiry or Quote by default.

You can now manually disable the travel app for a specific trip, giving you more control over when travellers can access their itinerary.
The existing option to automatically disable the travel app a set number of days after the trip ends remains available.

We've improved how itinerary days are presented in the travel app.
The location is now the main heading, while the day title stays together with the day description. This makes longer itineraries easier to scan and understand.
